Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching for real life.

Hi! I'm Ali, a Registered Dietitian who helps active adults build sustainable nutrition habits for better performance, energy, body composition, and overall health—without restrictive diets or an all-or-nothing approach.

I combine evidence-based nutrition with behavior change, individualized coaching, and practical strategies that work in real life.

This isn't about following a perfect diet or starting over every Monday. It's about learning how to eat in a way that supports your goals and feels doable day to day.

What We'll Work On

Your nutrition needs are personal.

Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and focus on making changes that are realistic and sustainable.

My work centers around four key areas:

Body Composition & Performance

  • Sustainable weight loss, fat loss & body recomposition
  • Muscle gain & maintenance
  • Fueling for training & performance—inside and outside the gym
  • Nutrition support while using GLP-1 medications

Behavior Change & Relationship With Food

  • Disordered eating
  • Improving your relationship with food & body
  • Building trust in your body & your food choices
  • Emotional & stress eating
  • Hunger, fullness, cravings & overeating
  • Chronic dieting & "starting over" cycles

Women's Health*

  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
  • Perimenopause & menopause
  • Blood sugar balance & insulin resistance

*I work with all genders, though these concerns are especially common among my female clients.

Real-Life Nutrition

  • Building balanced, satisfying meals
  • Meal planning & meal prep
  • Navigating dining out & social events
  • Travel, vacations & holidays
  • Flexible eating without starting over
  • Strategies for different life seasons & changing routines

Tracking may or may not be part of our work. Depending on your goals, preferences, and history, we may use food logging, photo journaling, detailed nutrition tracking, a combination of approaches, or no tracking at all.

Choose the level of support that's right for you

Two ways to work together.

3-Month Biweekly Coaching

3-month experience

$1,297

or 3 monthly payments of $432

For individuals who want personalized nutrition guidance, accountability, and support—with enough space between sessions to practice what we're working on independently.

Your 3-month experience includes:

  • One 60-minute initial consultation
  • Six biweekly follow-up appointments, up to 60 minutes each
  • Personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance based on your goals and needs
  • Between-session messaging support for questions, troubleshooting, and accountability
  • Optional food logging or nutrition tracking, when appropriate
  • Review of relevant medical labs, if applicable

This may be the right fit if you:

  • Want expert guidance without weekly appointments
  • Are ready to make sustainable changes rather than follow another quick-fix diet
  • Want accountability while still having space to implement independently
  • Feel overwhelmed by nutrition information and want a clear, personalized approach
  • Want support navigating both your nutrition goals and real life

3-Month Weekly Coaching

Highest touch

3-month experience

$2,497

or 3 monthly payments of $833

For individuals who want a higher level of support while building new habits. Weekly coaching gives us more opportunities to troubleshoot challenges as they come up, adjust your approach, and work through behavior change in real time.

Your 3-month experience includes:

  • One 60-minute initial consultation
  • Twelve weekly follow-up appointments, up to 60 minutes each
  • Personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance based on your goals and needs
  • Between-session messaging support for questions, troubleshooting, and accountability
  • Optional food logging or nutrition tracking, when appropriate
  • Review of relevant medical labs, if applicable

This may be the right fit if you:

  • Want more frequent accountability and support
  • Are making several changes at once and want more hands-on guidance
  • Tend to get stuck between appointments and benefit from more frequent troubleshooting
  • Want additional support with behavior change and implementation
  • Prefer having someone in your corner each week as you build new habits

Not sure which option is right for you? We'll determine the best fit based on your goals, needs, and the level of support you're looking for.

A Note About Messaging

Between-session messaging is included in both coaching experiences for questions, troubleshooting, and accountability during business days. Messaging is intended for brief support between appointments rather than ongoing counseling or urgent needs. More complex topics are best saved for our next session so we have the time and space to work through them together.

What You Can Expect From Working Together

After three months, my goal is for you to feel more confident—not more dependent on a diet or a set of rules.

You'll have:

  • A better understanding of what works for your body, goals, and lifestyle
  • Practical nutrition skills you can continue using on your own
  • More confidence navigating everyday food decisions
  • Strategies for handling busy seasons, travel, dining out, holidays, and other real-life situations
  • A clearer understanding of your hunger, habits, and patterns
  • A better filter for nutrition information you see online, on social media, and even your inner circle
  • Less reliance on all-or-nothing thinking
  • A more flexible and sustainable approach to nutrition

The goal isn't perfection. It's progress you can actually maintain.

What Clients Are Saying

Ali taught me that nutrition is person-specific, not a generalized thing. She gave me tools I can apply to everyday life without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. We created habits that fell into routine and felt natural—even on vacation.
We took a structured, week-by-week approach to specific goals, like increasing protein and fiber. It made the process feel manageable and let me build sustainable habits over time. The meal and snack resources were practical and easy to work into my routine.
Instead of overwhelming me with major changes, Ali broke things into small, achievable steps that fit my lifestyle. I felt like I had a partner in the process rather than someone just telling me what to do.
The educational side has been the most helpful. There's so much misinformation online—I love having a space where we break down the myths candidly and turn them into goal-setting and growth. Ali's approach is the perfect mix of accountability, education, and coaching.
Ali helped me plan my weekly meals so I get the nutrients I need, and mapped out my nutrient targets while backpacking 12–20 miles a day.
Ali gave me a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about being in a postpartum body I didn't recognize. Small weekly goals made it less daunting, and I feel better physically and mentally than I had before.
The balanced plate was a needed reminder of how to build a meal and portion properly. Ali also helped me make decisions when ordering takeout that aligned with my goals—without any guilt or shame. Small changes, big differences, none of the fun sacrificed.
It's been really helpful to learn specific protein, carb, and fat targets, plus hydration guidance for my workouts—and the reasoning behind all of it.
